DUPLE X ANA: This is a 2/3 + 1/3 duplex project, the two units in this design are not symmetrical, one is slightly bigger than the other, ANA being the smaller of the two.

FL House-isometric view. A small home for the city of Toluca, Mexico. This project is interesting because the program required a dedicated room for the owner’s hobby: remote controlled airplanes, which make plenty of noise when testing engines and fabricating, the solution was to place the hobby room in front of the garage away from the bedrooms (only 2).

Museum House SF project now completed. I wanted to share one of the more interesting details of the house, a fountain made from a steel girder (“I” beam). This feature will cascade water onto the reflecting pool surrounding the principal walkway, making it a pleasant experience to go up the seven steps to the portico and through the main entrance.
