11 years ago we were brainstorming on alternative storage and transportation for beverages and from one of those sessions came the concept you see in the image above. The idea was to see if by displacing the neck of a typical wine bottle we could create one that was easy to handle, store, transport and serve to aerate wine if needed by simply placing the bottle on its side, making it its own decanter. The sediment could be contained and the wine would then have time to open. We didn’t pursue the matter further although the sessions gave us fuel for perfecting our research techniques.

We are in a process of un shelving plenty of old projects and this one seems to us that it would be relevant if more time is given to perfect it, also any interested manufacturers would be appreciated if only for the sole purpose of testing it in real world scenarios.
